Meet Audrey Martin, a dynamic force of entrepreneurship  and resilience. With over two decades navigating the intricate world of professional sales and commercial real estate, she is thrilled to 

embark on a new journey as the founder and CEO of her own company, although she would have never guessed it would be in commercial window coverings! 

Audrey's entrepreneurial spirit was cultivated through years of dedication and hard work in the corporate world, where she honed her negotiation skills and keen business acumen working for "the man" be it in large companies such as Wells Fargo or Philip Morris, or smaller family owned ventures. Her tenacity and determination have been the driving forces behind her success, allowing her to overcome countless challenges (trust me!) and rise to the top of her field.

A proud Native American (Jamestown S'Klallam, WA)  graduate of Arizona State University, Audrey's education and experience serving as Student Body Vice President at ASU as well as intern for 2 US Senators remains a bedrock of her development as person and professional. 

Audrey brings a unique perspective to the partnership, drawing inspiration from her cultural heritage and upbringing, decades of commercial real estate work ranging from property acquisition to multifamily property management,  full time job as a wife and mother, and  a commitment to create opportunities for other minorities and women, one window at a time.

David Kasongo is a dedicated civil engineer with a passion for sustainable infrastructure development. Born and raised in the Democratic Republic of Congo as one of five siblings, David cultivated a strong sense of community and teamwork from an early age. His diverse upbringing in a vibrant culture has instilled in him a deep appreciation for collaboration and innovation.

David earned his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Wisconsin, where he honed his technical skills and developed a keen understanding of the challenges faced in urban planning and construction. His academic background, combined with a commitment to enhancing the built environment, has positioned him as a valuable asset to the Bespoke team.

In addition to his professional pursuits, David enjoys cycling, which reflects his adventurous spirit and commitment to an active lifestyle. 

With a strong foundation in engineering principles and a passion for community development, David Kasongo is committed to making a positive impact through his work, helping to build infrastructure that supports sustainable growth and enhances the quality of life in his community and beyond.

With more than two decades of experience owning a commercial construction company, Dave contributes as Operations Advisor and general source of good ideas for the Bespoke Partners.

For over 20 years, Dave's company has been known for quality craftsmanship, innovation, and integrity.  From large industrial projects to preschool renovations, Dave has intimate knowledge of the process of projects of all sizes and possesses endless understanding of project delivery methods. 

With his attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and mind boggling supply of tools; Dave's role as advisor is critical in our ability to understand the needs of commercial contractors, architects, property managers, and clients.
